After years of uncertainty and recovery, 2022 was a year of progress
and growth. Many of our clinicians moved back into the building,
providing in-house sessions once again. Virtual sessions continued as
well and a number of new therapists joined our staff. In the end, our
monthly clinical sessions at Samaritan were at their highest level ever.
It was a year of restructuring and expansion for the Business
Consulting and the Congregation and Clergy Consulting departments.
Both departments made excellent progress this year with new service
offerings and new consultants coming on board. There are also exciting
changes in the works for this year's Ethics in Business program.
We were blessed by the receipt of a large legacy gift in the third
quarter in addition to extremely generous year-end gifts. Income for
the year came in over budget leaving us in an excellent position for
additional growth in 2023.
