As president of KellyOCG®, Tammy Browning leads the global teams responsible for the global RPO
program, RocketPower, MSP, Services Procurement, Direct Sourcing, Kelly Consulting, and the Ayers Group
outplacement. Her path to executive leadership started more than 20 years ago in a temporary role as a
recruiter with Kelly®. Since then, she's moved through several customer- and talent-facing roles with increasing
responsibility and leadership, due in part to her visionary thinking and passion for operational excellence.
She brings a pioneering spirit to any challenge. Tammy always looks for new ways to add value for customers
