Max Langenkamp was a driving force behind Cintas' hiring, onboarding, and branding strategies.
Under his guidance, the HR team developed and executed a personalized onboarding process that
leverages employees' voices to communicate organizational culture. By providing transparency
into every step of the hiring process and gifting new hires with a welcome package of Cintas
gear, Langenkamp succeeded in making employees feel like part of the business from day one.
In collaboration with his organization's branding efforts, the new hiring and onboarding process
increased engagement scores from 79 percent in 2010 to 90 percent today.

Executive Vice President of Human Resources
T-Mobile U.S., Inc.
T-Mobile's vision for HR is based on the belief that organizational success is driven by the
achievements of each person on the team, and Liz McAuliffe has embraced this vision by redesigning
her organization's career development opportunities. Although T-Mobile has a proven track record
of internal mobility and career growth for employees, this was not always communicated to retail
and customer care teams. As a result, McAuliffe organized " CareerFest, " a virtual two-week career
event that highlighted roles throughout the organization and featured role overview videos, career
advice from company executives, interactive chat rooms, and more.

Afl ac
Improving employee retention is never easy, but with Matthew Owenby's expertise and leadership,
Afl ac developed an award-winning workplace that has been featured on Fortune's lists of " World's
Most Admired Companies, " " 100 Best Companies to Work For, " and " 100 Best Workplaces for
Millennials. " Under his guidance, Afl ac opened two full-time " Afl ac Care Centers " in the U.S. and
one in Tokyo, Japan, that offer inexpensive healthcare to all employees. Additionally, there are onsite
day care facilities in both Afl ac U.S. and Afl ac Japan. This has resulted in improved employee
morale, workplace productivity, and well-being. Owenby's other programs provide career guidance,
transparent communication, leadership development, and knowledge sharing.
