Frontier Communications
Elisa Bannon-Jones is executive vice president and chief HR offi cer for Frontier Communications, a Fortune 500
telecommunications company providing internet, TV, phone, and corporate cloud services. She is responsible for
developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction
of the organization. Her leadership strategies and methodologies have directly led to driving business growth, building
brand awareness, and increasing company functionality.
Steve Eller
Chief HR Offi cer
Beacon Health System
Steve Eller has served as chief HR offi cer for Beacon Health System since 2012. He also oversees the risk management
and performance improvement departments. He is currently leading an initiative called " Workforce of the Future " to
transform the company's culture, talent development, and total rewards programs. Additionally, he serves as adjunct
faculty at Bethel University. Prior to Beacon, he was the vice president of HR for Robert Bosch LLC and has also served
in HR roles for Honeywell and General Electric. Eller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in administration from Indiana
University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Julie Fletcher

Julie Fletcher is the chief talent offi cer for AMN Healthcare, and in that role, she provides leadership for attracting,
developing, and optimizing talent for corporate roles and across the AMN diverse family of workforce solutions and
staffi ng companies. She is also responsible for credentialing operations, which encompasses the critical process of
validating required credentialing documents for the company's healthcare providers. She is a member of the CHRO
Council of the Conference Board and was named to the board of directors for Make-a-Wish® San Diego. Fletcher earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in HR management and business administration from California State Polytechnic University
and a Master of Science in HR management development from Chapman University.
Shawn Harter
Senior Vice President and Director of Talent Acquisition
Fifth Third Bank
Shawn Harter, senior vice president and director of talent acquisition at Fifth Third Bank, is leading the evolution of the
bank's recruiting efforts. He joined Fifth Third Bank in July 2005 as the director of recruiting operations before moving
to his current role. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Harter worked in various roles within Arthur Andersen, and in 2002,
joined RSM McGladrey. He has served as a board member of Beta Alpha Psi and was chairman of the organization's
Advisory Forum from 2010 to 2011. He served as president of the organization from 2015 to 2016. He currently serves
as a member of the Southwest Ohio Region Workforce Investment Board (SWORWIB) and has served on the executive
committee the past several years. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Ohio State University in 1991.
