Case Example: Neeyamo and Ezetap Bangalore-based mobile payments service provider and start-up Ezetap needed to implement an HCM solution for its more than 250 employees in order to eliminate its legacy manual HR process model and support its continued growth. Neeyamo provided implementation services around the SuccessFactors HCM platform, including the deployment of the product Employee Central, and performance management and goal management programs. Through its rapid deployment, the solution was live in just 21 days. The upgraded HR operating model allowed Ezetap to migrate data and processes to SuccessFactors and reduce HR administration overhead by 35 percent. Additionally, the performance and goal management module was leveraged to implement an objective key results framework.
