talent acquisition, contingent labor program for the

programs have traditionally been separated, " explains
Taryn Owen, president of PeopleScout. " This includes

owners and sometimes end-users, and technology

A siloed approach to hiring makes it challenging for
an organization to have a complete view of its talent.
