Defining Recognition

Crowdsourced Performance Reviews
Performance evaluations that utilize informal peer-to-peer
recognition feedback data in conjunction with the traditional,
formal review process in order to obtain a wider and more
accurate picture of individual and company performance.
Employee Engagement
