Bill Mulholland, SCRP, GMS is the Director of ARC Relocation. Headquartered in Washington DC, with offices in 6 states
and Puerto Rico Mr. Mulholland oversees ARC's Government and corporate employee relocation contracts. ARC Relocates
employees into and out of 85 countries annually for the Department of Homeland Security and multiple corporate clients.
Bill graduated from George Mason University with a BA in Psychology and has been in the relocation industry since 2000.
Bill has earned both his SCRP and GMS industry designations from ERC. Bill is the former President for the Greater Washington
DC Area Employee Relocation Council (GWERC), ERC content committee member, ERC Am bassador, the recipient
of the ERC's " Meritorious Service Award " and the ERC " Distinguished Service Award " .
