The M9601A PXIe is for
current versus voltage (I-V)

five-channel units that support measurement
up to 30 V/500 mA with resolution down to 6
uV/10 pA. The M9602A and M9603A are PXIe
precision units with pulse width of 10 μs and
sampling rate of up to 15 MSa/s.
