NASA's JPL utilizes circulators in their high-throughput satellite communication systems for measuring cloud properties and upper atmospheric constituents. Some of these systems operate between 167 and 175 GHz with development near 240 GHz and beyond, necessitating a new type of hybrid circulator. To learn more, read the feature article on page 26.
