Handheld Oscilloscopes
Saelig Company, Inc. (Fairport, NY) has introduced the
Siglent SHS-X Handheld Two-channel Digital Oscilloscopes,
which are available in 100 MHz and 200 MHz analog bandwidths
and isolated or non-isolated versions, with 1GSa/s
sample rate and 12 Mpts memory depth. The SHS800X versions
have two non-isolated scope channels and one isolated
multimeter channel, while the SHS1000X models feature full isolation: between the two
oscilloscope channels, the multimeter channel, the power adapter, and the USB host/device
port. The maximum analog voltage input for the isolated SHS1000X channels is CATIII 600
Vrms, CATII 1000 Vrms. For all SHS-X models the maximum input for the multimeter channel
is CATIII 600 Vrms, CATII 1000 Vrms. The new -X series adds increased memory depth,
a faster waveform capture rate of 100,000 wfm/s, timebase down to 1ns/div, enhanced triggering
choices (Edge, Slope, Pulse Width, Window, Runt, Interval, Dropout, Pattern, Video),
serial trigger decoding (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN), improved FFT precision, and waveform
recording of up to 50 MB internal or 2 GB external.

applications. The new product is smaller and lighter than previous
offerings, yet capable of transmitting ultra-high-definition

in March 2015, 12G-SDI defines a 12 gigabit per second transmission of uncompressed,
latency-free UHD 4K video at 60 frames per second on a single wire. Operating temperatures
range from -55 to 200 degrees Celsius. Designed for use with remote-controlled turret cameras,

Opal Kelly (Portland, OR) announced the XEM8310-AU25P
development module for the Xilinx Artix® UltraScale+™ FPGA.
The module features Opal Kelly's FrontPanel® SDK for programming
high-performance, software-connected FPGA applications.
The XEM8310-AU25P features the Xilinx Artix UltraScale+
XCAU25P-2FFVB676E FPGA and USB 3.0 Type C SuperSpeed
interface. The module also includes 12 high-speed gigabit transceiver
lanes via Artix UltraScale+ transceivers. Artix UltraScale+
GTY transceivers support serial standards such as 10 GbE, JESD204B,
DisplayPort, PCI Express, SATA, HD-SDI, XAUI, and Aurora up to 16.375 Gbps. The
XEM8310 includes the FPGA, USB Type C SuperSpeed connector, 2 GiB DDR4 memory,
32-MiB serial flash, two low-jitter fixed-frequency clock oscillators, and is self-powered by
a single DC supply (+7.5 to +15 VDC). The new module is delivered in a compact 100 mm
× 70 mm (3.94 " × 2.76 " ) form factor with three Samtec mezzanine connectors to mate with
a customer's logic board.

Rugged Small Form Factor Computer
Curtiss-Wright's Defense Solutions division (Ashburn, VA)
announced that its Parvus DuraCOR AGX-Xavier rugged modular
mission supercomputer will now integrate the newly introduced
NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Xavier™ Industrial System on Module
(SoM). Use of the new industrial GPU-accelerated module
will enable extended temperature operation, enhanced security,
long lifecycle support, and up to 30 TOPS (INT8) of performance

for artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) applications.
The high FLOPS-per-watt DuraCOR AGX-Xavier combines the powerful Xavier SoC that

an 8-core Arm CPU with the benefits of modular open system approach (MOSA) scalability
via add-on I/O cards and storage. Fully complemented to adapt to a wide range of C5ISR
