processing to ensure the production of DDR4 memory modules
in capacities ranging from 4GB to 32GB, utilizing 1 `rank` x16/x8/
x4 dies, subsequent steps involve substrate and wire bonding
design, integrating built-in termination schemes to optimize
signal integrity and performance. In-depth product characterization
is carried out using customized testers, ensuring that
each DDR4 memory module meets stringent quality standards
and performance criteria.
A&DT: What are the future plans for enhancements or
updates to this product based on market trends and user
feedback?
Shokrgozar: The next potential expansion for our product line
involves the introduction of 32GB DDR4 memory in Multichip
packaging form factor, representing a significant leap in memory
