Fat is a key component of many bakery
applications. Snacks like biscuits, cakes, pizzas,
dry mixes and donuts and other bakery

sourced and allow for better-for-you profiles in
bakery products, including cubed and flaked
shortenings, margarines, hardstocks, frying oils,
and lamination fats. Multi-oil sources include
canola/rapeseed, coconut, corn, palm and
palm kernel/RSPO Certified/Segregated, shea,
sunflower, safflower, high oleic sunflower, high
oleic safflower, and soybean/Non-GMO Project
