provide global customers with local attention.

he neighborhood bakery thrives
on neighborhood support. There is
something to be said about sharing a
culture, a language and being immersed
in what the community and businesses need to
succeed. For some global equipment suppliers,
it might be difficult to provide hands-on support
to customers around the world but not with
the network AMF Bakery Systems has built.
While AMF Tromp and AMF Den Boer bring new
capabilities and best-in-class equipment designs
to the table, AMF Bakery Systems incorporates
these brands into its global network of sales and
service support.
This year, AMF Tromp and AMF Den Boer's
basic customer functions will be integrated into
AMF Bakery Systems' global regions: US and
Canada; Latin America; EMEA (Europe, Middle
East, Africa and Russia); Greater Asia; and China.
Each of those regions will be serviced by a sales
team led by a regional sales leader as well as
dedicated project management and service
teams. This gives each region local support and
strengthens AMF Bakery Systems' global network.

time zone who speaks the same language and
can be responsive," said Jason Ward, president,
AMF Bakery Systems. "We know that works, and
customers expect to get that level of support
on the sales side and on the service side,
and that really is the foundational reason for
consolidating and providing in-region support."
