For instance, Lovejoy Bakers sells upwards of 100 of its Deluxe breakfast sandwiches every day. The sandwich is composed of fried egg, Bleu d’Auvergne, bacon, butter, tarragon and frisée. Many of the bakery’s shoppers stop in on their way to work for a quick bite while they are walking to work. In fact, Lovejoy Bakers’ breakfast sandwiches are so popular, they serve them until close.
