Now that Sprinkles Ice Cream
is up and running (and they sell
cookies too!), what are your opinions about the future of cupcakes,

Currently, we have 3 ice cream and
cookie shops, all of which are located
next door to our cupcake bakeries. 
They are unique stores each with
separate entrances, separate brand
identities, separate employees, etc. 
However, over time, I do see the two

Alexander Calder, Milton Avery, Ed Ruscha,
John Baldessari, Blinky Palermo, James Turrell,
Barbara Kruger, Anish Kapoor, Jean Prouve,
Gio Ponti, Frank Gehry, Philip Johnson, OlsonKundig, Shelton Mindel… the list goes on and
on! Living in LA, I am constantly surrounded by
great modern art and architecture, which lends
itself perfectly to my modern take on desserts.

Without a doubt! The zealous
squeals you hear and the ear-toear smiles you see in the shoe
department of Bloomingdales are
the very same ones we experience with our beloved and loyal
customers at Sprinkles!
