This little powerhouse was brought to the IBIE 2013 show to introduce it to the masses. We wanted to get a feel for what we feel is an upcoming and important market. This small oven can make a pita in 30 seconds at 950°F. We have made this oven attractive and powerful and had a great reception from the people who visited our booth. Q: How does this product address key consumer trends and current needs in the marketplace? A: We have had many requests for a simple and fast oven to use in the pita bread production. The oven we made is very fast and cooks extremely hot.
