TORTE DE
PASTEL DE
ZANAHORIA
MEZCLAR: Mezclar la masa
siguiendo las instrucciones
proporcionadas en la bolsa de
Westco Complete Carrot Cake
Mix sin Nueces para producir
una hornada chica. Dejar la
masa reposar 30 minutos antes
de pasar al molde para hidratar
las pasas y las zanahorias
ralladas.
PREPARAR: Pastel: 
Inmediatamente antes de
pasar al molde, mezclar
la masa a mano o a baja
velocidad para distribuir las
pasas y las zanahorias ralladas
uniformemente por toda la
masa. Pesar y pasar 1 libra de
mezcla en moldes redondos
de 8".
Zanahorias de Fondant:
Utilizando gel líquido para
dar color, añadir a un poco
de BakeSense Rolled White
Vanilla Fondant para producir
un color verde claro. Moldear

BakeSense Orange Vanilla
Rolled Fondant en forma de
zanahorias. Usar un cuchillo
para hacer marcas que imitan
la textura de las zanahorias.
Usar una extrusora para hacer
tallos verdes con el fondant
de color verde claro y colocar
los tallos en cada zanahoria.
(Nota: también puede moldear
los tallos a mano y cortar los
tallos en 4 con un cuchillo para
fondant).
HORNEAR: Hornear de
335 a 375°F por 20 a 25
minutos. Invierta las capas
inmediatamente después de
sacarlas del horno para evitar
que se encojan y maximizar la
vida útil. Después de que las
capas estén completamente
frías, congelar durante la
noche.
TERMINAR: Después de sacar
del congelador, cortar dos
de las capas por la mitad

CORTADILLOS
MEZCLAR: Mezclar Westco Ultra
Rich Crème Cake Mix según las

PREPARAR: Engrasar un

forrada con papel.
Pesar 9 libras de masa mezclada
y distribuir uniformemente en la
bandeja.
HORNEAR: Hornear de 330°F
a 365°F por 40 a 45 minutos,
dependiendo de su tipo de
horno o hasta que la temperatura
interna alcance 205°F.
Dejar que el pastel se enfríe.
Retirar el extensor. Colocar en el
congelador toda la noche.
TERMINAR: Sacar el pastel

del congelador y dejar que se
descongele completamente
(hasta que el centro ya no esté
congelado).
Usar tintas líquidas de gel
para alimentos de color rojo
o rosado para teñir Westco
Vanilla Dipping Icing al tono
rosado deseado. Cubrir la parte
superior del pastel con una
capa uniforme de Westco Vanilla
Dipping Icing calentada de 105°F
a 110°F.
Adornar con Trigal Dorado
Rainbow Non Pareils antes de
que la capa se endurezca.
Recortar los bordos del pastel
para que se vean emparejados
y cortar en piezas de 4"x 4" ó
4"x 2".
