luxury desserts
Founded in 2016 by Deljah " Chef Simone " Dickson, Art Delectables is on a mission to revolutionize the desserts category,
creating a space for health-conscious luxury treats that are made
in small batches with organically grown, non-GMO ingredients.
Formulas include 30% less sugar compared to traditional desserts.
Inspired by Dickson's passion for cheesecake, the luxury,
organic product line specializes in the decadent dessert, alongside an array of handcrafted couture treats. The completely
female-led, minority and family-owned company is dedicated to
making better-for-you pleasures. Based in Los Angeles, Art Delectables offers pick-up, delivery, and nationwide shipping through
online ordering, as well as private catering, with an exciting retail
expansion kicking off in 2021.
In mid-January, the brand expanded delivery capabilities
through its new ghost kitchen location in partnership with CloudKitchen in Hollywood, Calif. Patrons in Los Angeles can find Art
Delectables available for delivery through third-party platforms
including Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub.
In addition, Art Delectables offers select items available on Amazon.com. As a result of Dickson claiming a winning spot in one
of Ascend Los Angeles' pitch competitions, where a wide array of
competing companies pitched to Kroger's supplier diversity team
for a chance to have their product carried in stores, Art Delectables anticipates it will launch its line of desserts within multiple
Kroger locations later this year.
Dickson explains how her unique path from pre-med student to
culinary and pastry chef blossomed into Art Delectables.
" My intention was always to create a space where we can
educate the community on the importance of making healthier,
organic food choices, which I always found easier to talk about
over dessert, " she says. " During those summers, I'd explore the
array of fresh-made canned jams and jellies. "
