El Bolillo Bakery se enfoca en las
celebraciones, ayudando a los clientes a
sentirse especiales.
A principios de este año, los pasteles
de rey se agotaron en las panaderías de
Houston. El Bolillo empaquetó 6,000 de
los pasteles redondos de multicolores en
preparación para una celebración de enero
que batió récords. Las roscas de reyes son
parte de una tradición que se remonta a la
Europa del siglo iv.
Para muchos eventos, " establecimos un
drive-thru para conveniencia de la gente, "
explica Garza.
El Bolillo Bakery ofrece una amplia
selección de bolillos, uno de los panes básicos
para la comunidad hispana. En la panadería
El Bolillo hay algo nuevo todos los días.
Además de increíbles panes y panes
dulces, El Bolillo Bakery ofrece una de
las variedades más grandes de pasteles tres
leches todos los días.
El Bolillo Bakery comenzó como una
pequeña panadería mexicana en el área de
Greater Heights de Houston. Con el tiempo,
la panadería se hizo popular debido a sus
cientos de pasteles frescos todos los días
y su excelente servicio al cliente. Pronto,
el negocio superó el pequeño edificio
donde empezó la panadería y comenzó la
construcción de una panadería más grande
al otro lado de la calle. Siguiendo el impulso
de la creciente popularidad, se abrió otra
ubicación en el sur de Houston, cerca de S.
Wayside. Es parte de la Cámara de Comercio
de East End Houston y se ha mantenido
activa dentro de la comunidad que la rodea.
La panadería local fue nombrada " la
Mejor Panadería Oficial de Texas " en el año
2011 por la ciudad.
