The Accusonic 10UWS multipurpose
sheet and round cake slicer from FoodTools
is high speed and fully automatic. Features include an ergonomically positioned servo drive
platform, servo driven product holders, dual

stop button and a fully enclosed guard system.
The stainless steel frame has wide swing-out
doors for easy sanitation and maintenance.

STRING ICER
Hinds-Bock Corp. introduces its latest
icer/glazer. This machine will apply string
icing and a waterfall curtain of icing onto
a wide variety of both
panned and unpanned
products. The icer
uses a doublewalled
heated and
agitated
tank
with
h i g h - q u a l i t y,
variable-frequency pump and filter
assembly. An oscillating icing head creates string icing and an adjustable waterfall trough is used for curtain icing. The
icer rolls away from the conveyor for
easy cleaning and loading of icing.
