The Peerless Group's HS24 horizontal roller-bar mixer is designed
for the large-scale production of
quality bread and buns. This system
features Peerless' fully automated
mixer solution incorporating its proprietary Custom Mix Cycle System

of labor. The mixer is outfitted with
2-way tilt to automatically accept
sponge from the heavy-duty Peerless trough hoist system, which is

Series Vertex model, fits in restricted
spaces. The inline system is designed
to integrate with vertical f/f/s machines for pouch-packing solutions.
Vertex uses the latest digital signal
processing technology to protect
freefalling product at high speeds,
detecting and rejecting the smallest
metal contaminants. It incorporates

metallized film applications, as raw

The Vemag Robot HP15B dough
portioning machines from Reiser
is ideal for large plants producing wheat, multigrain and soft
wholegrain doughs. Its hydraulic
cutting devise can make up to 150
portions per minute, and portions
can range in size form 5 to 60,000
g. At the heart of the machine is
the double screw, which works on
the dough-spindle principle and
is extremely gentle on the dough.
Up to 99 programs can be stored in
the PCII portioning computer. The
Vemag also does not require mineral
oil, saving thousands of dollars annually while eliminating product air
