Efficient pan oiler
GOE-Amherst Stainless Fabrication's spraying system can apply a topical coating
of oil to all types and configurations of pans. GOE's proprietary dispensing design
eliminates problems associated with the plugging of spray nozzles. The system
ensures open access to all components and eliminates concealed zones. All oil not
applied to the pans is recovered and used, eliminating waste and saving on cost. A
totally enclosed, self-contained system hood and body ensures mist containment,
providing a safe and sanitary environment around the spraying station.

Flexible wirecut machine
Reading Bakery Systems' Thomas L. Green WCS Servo Wirecut Machine offers
more flexibility, improved safety and easier sanitation. The machine produces a
variety of cookies, biscuits and bars at yields of up to 300 cuts per minute while
maintaining a high degree of accuracy and consistent piece weights. The WCS
Wirecut Machine uniformly cuts individual shapes by an adjustable wireframe assembly. The recipe-driven linear servo motors provide an infinite number of cam
profiles to control wire positioning, stroke length, drop- and up-shoot.

Pan handling system
The new pan stacker and unstacker from Rexfab, Inc., offer smooth and quiet
operation without damaging pans. The units can be easily retrofitted to replace
aging assets for stacking of pans right side up or upside down. They can be used
with various types of pans, up to 40 per minute. Rexfab proprietary controller and
electromagnets coupled with servo-driven actuators translate into gentle handling
of baking pans. The units are fully electrical and eliminate compressed air, chain
stretching and ripping of pans from permanent magnets.
