Sanitary vacuum cooling
VACUSPEED vacuum technology from WP Bakery Group provides two areas of application for bakeries: It cools down items hot from
the oven with minimum input of energy while extending the shelf life of bread, rolls and Danish pastries. With its patented, doughspecific process, the vacuum cell cools quickly, gently and with minimal loss of moisture.

The sanitary VACUSPEED reduces product temperature by 39 to 46°F (4 to 8°C) within minutes. This process extends shelf life of
baked goods by up to three weeks because germs are killed during the evacuation process before the products are put into sanitary
packaging. The patented procedure holds moisture inside baked goods so they stay fresh longer.
VACUSPEED supports the freezing process with its energy-saving high-speed procedure. On average, baked goods with a core temperature of up to 212°F (100°C) are cooled in the vacuum cell in 6 to 8 minutes.

Energy efficient bread pan cleaner
The sanitary, high-efficiency Bread Pan Cleaner by AMF Bakery Systems reduces energy consumption while providing gentle, continuous motion pan handling.
Carrying pans through the cleaning process, the Bread Pan Cleaner runs rates
higher than 50 pans per minute. Engineered with sanitation in mind, the simple
gravitational design removes crumbs in combination with a high efficiency air

Ultrasonic cutter
The Reading Bakery Systems Ultrasonic Guillotine Cutter uses a high-frequency
guillotine blade to precisely cut soft, sticky, fragile and baked or fried or filled
products. The ultrasonic high-frequency vibrations allow for products to be
sliced cleanly without deformation, smearing or blade build-up. All standard
ultrasonic cutters may be operated in cycle and continuous cutting modes that
are designed to accommodate specific product conditions and production speed
requirements. The Ultrasonic Cutter portions product lengths as small as 25mm.
