Level detectors for bulk solid materials
Dynatrol level detectors can operate as high-, mid- or low-level indicators for
bulk solid materials ranging from low-density flakes and powders to pellets and
heavy granular materials. Examples of food industry applications include trail
mix, dried fruit and nuts. The level detectors work in dusty environments and
in vessels equipped with vibrators. Specialized units can be used in temperatures
exceeding 300°F and below freezing temperatures and refrigerated services. The

MatTop Chain for conveyor lines requiring a zero tangent 180-degree and/
or 90-degree curve. The system offers a tight inner radius (420 mm) and small
transfer (15 mm) for improved space utilization and package handling. The system
enables head-to-tail transfer of small and light cases without the need for
micro pitch conveyors, transfer modules or plates.

Pizza dough divider for exact portioning
The Vemag Pizza Dough Divider from Reiser features a double-screw portioning
system for accurate scaling with minimal work on the product. For frozen pizza
dough producers, the company provides traditional dividing and rounding. On
high-speed lines, Reiser has developed methods to portion directly onto trays.
For fresh producers, the dividing applications run from a compact Vemag 500
