Schwan's offering 'fully
loaded' option from
Red Baron
The Schwan's Co., a business unit of CJCJ
Food, Americas, is adding a " fully loaded "
option to its Red Baron brand. The frozen
pizzas have a suggested retail price of $7.49.
The Red Baron Fully Loaded comes in three
varieties, including pepperoni, five cheese and
supreme. The pepperoni variety features two
different cuts of pepperoni; the five cheese
includes mozzarella, cheddar, provolone,
Asiago and Parmesan cheeses: and the
supreme has the two cuts of pepperoni plus
sausage, red and green peppers, and onions.

Fully Loaded pizza innovation as part of our
expanding portfolio of frozen pizza, " said Brian
Schiegg, president of Schwan's Consumer
Brands, Inc. " As the only supplier in the frozen
pizza space that competes across the entire

consumer preferences and work hard to meet

DiGiorno unveils Mac &
Cheese pizza
Nestle USA, Inc. is expanding its DiGiorno
frozen pizza line with the launch of DiGiorno
Original Rising Crust Mac & Cheese Pizza.
The pizza features the classic DiGiorno crust
topped with creamy macaroni and cheese.
Greenleaf Foods debuts
plant-based pepperoni,
shredded cheese for pizzas
Greenleaf Foods, SPC has expanded distribution with
its Field Roast brand's Plant-Based Pepperoni and Chao
Creamery Creamy Original Shreds. Both products are
now available at Whole Foods Market, which will be the
first national retailer to carry both products - making it
easier for consumers to pick up everything they need for
the perfect plant-based pizza night.

pepperoni in the foodservice sector, with our recent
partnership with Little Caesars and select pizza chains
throughout the United States and Canada, and our
continued growth with Chao Creamery has been reflected
through increased distribution across produce and dairy

SPC. " As a leading food brand proud to offer both plantbased
meats and cheeses, we're thrilled to launch these
two products in Whole Foods Market stores nationally
during National Pizza Month, inviting new and existing
fans alike the chance to add bold, delicious flavor to their
plant-based meals. "
Field Roast first introduced its Plant-Based
Pepperoni at the start of 2021 in the foodservice channel
through a partnership with prominent Canada-based
pizza chain Pizza Nova, before expanding distribution into
additional foodservice partnerships and at retail. It is the
first pepperoni alternative to be made with pea protein
opposed to soy, offering 6 grams of protein per serving.
Field Roast Plant-Based Pepperoni has characteristic fat
marbling and is crafted with fresh spices, including whole
pieces of fennel, cracked black pepper, garlic and paprika
to deliver an authentic, bold pepperoni taste.
Field Roast also launched Chao Creamery Creamy
Original Shreds in Whole Foods Market stores in October.
