The co-founder and chief executive officer of Honest Tea, a Bethesdabased maker of organic bottled teas, is willing to discuss insights from his 16 years in the business and even a few innovation flops along the way. Founded in 1998, Honest Tea is an independent business unit of The Coca-Cola Co., Atlanta, which bought the company in 2011 after an initial 40% investment in 2008.
