Booth Previews Reiser – Booth #2602 Reiser will be displaying a number of pieces of its Vemag series at this year’s Process Expo. The Vemag HP10L is a new stuffer specifically for fast sausage linking aimed at small and medium-size production. Vemag FSL210 is a new machine that combines portioning, linking and link cutting into one machine. The machine is very flexible, just a push of a button to produce sausages of any length, diameter or weight. Vemag FSL211 is similar to the FSL210, but is used for hanging applications. Reiser’s Vemag LPG209 is the new “big brother” to the existing LPG208. The 208 features twin-rotating linking horns to allow faster loading of casings. The new 209 uses that same concept, but adds in an automatic casing loading magazine for collagen casings. Processors who make the same sausage all day can use this high-speed linker to produce sausages in either collagen or natural casings at the highest production speeds.
