LET'S TALK MOZZARELLA
The Handtmann system for producing mozzarella
sticks includes a vacuum filling machine, an optional
inline grinder and the multi-lane FS 510 forming system.
The emulsified cheese is pumped when cold using the
vacuum filler and divided onto several lanes by the
connected forming system with the servo-driven flow
divider and shaped into product strands by individual
forming inserts. These are portioned to the desired length
by a traveling knife and then transferred automatically
via a conveyor belt for further process steps.
