Multi-Lane Rotary Cutoff lines hold meaningful advantages for both large commercial
and artisan pan bread operations. While the flexible system handles a wide range of bakery products
from semi-liquid batter to sticky gluten-free dough, its portion accuracy at high cycle times and
excellent portion placement across all lanes are of special value in pan bread operations.
This solution features a servo-driven flow divider that ensures gentle product handling through the
entire product path with extreme scaling accuracy to all lanes. Its pneumatic rotary cutting units
feature a single manifold that accepts interchangeable inserts for rapid product changes.
