production in a dust-free environment while reducing energy
consumption and minimizing
costs. DymoMix adds moisture
evenly with water, cream yeast,
and or other water soluble
ingredients through free falling dry materials. This creates
an instantaneous biochemical
process and begins to generate
homogenous dough within seconds, meaning dough can either
be used instantly or transferred
to a continuous kneader.
