Car Rental

The Registration Area/Badge Pick-up for Exhibitors
and Attendees is located in the North Hall 3 - (N3).

Avis Rent-A-Car is offering IBIE 2019 participants
special discounted rates. Call Avis directly at
1-800-331-1600 and ask for the IBIE Avis Worldwide
Discount (AWD), number D006356.

Special Rules
Children 13 years of age and younger, including infants
that are carried in a body carrier or stroller, are not
permitted on the Expo floor. This rule will be strictly
enforced by IBIE Show Management for safety and
insurance purposes.
Cameras are strictly prohibited on the Expo floor, with
the exception of authorized members of the media.
Camera passes for media are available in the Media
Information Center located in Room N115.

Allied Baking Associations,
Organizations & Publications
Be sure to visit the sponsoring and allied association,
baking organization and industry publication
booths located on the Expo floor and in the Grand
Concourse. The ABA and BEMA Booth is located in
the Grand Concourse and the RBA booth is located
in North Hall, Booth 1235. All other participating
organizations are listed in this Official Show
Directory. Each publication will also have show issues
displayed in several publication bins located in the
registration area and the Grand Concourse.

ATMs
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located
throughout all lobbies of the Convention Center,
including the North Hall and Grand Concourse.

SuperShuttle Service
SuperShuttle is the leading airport shuttle service in
the U.S., serving over eight million passengers a year.
Need a lift? Their friendly drivers and blue vans will
serve as your ground transportation during your stay
in Las Vegas. Reservations can be booked on

Monorail
The Las Vegas Monorail Company provides
transportation service that runs along the Las
Vegas resort corridor and connects ten major resort
properties and the Las Vegas Convention Center.
IBIE receives special rates for tickets booked. Visit

tickets.

Coat/Luggage Check
Coat and luggage check services are available at
the FedEx Business Center in the Grand Concourse.
Limited services, cost per bag and hours of operation
may vary.

First Aid
A First Aid station, staffed by a licensed EMT, is
located on the Grand Concourse, near the Security
office. In the event of any situation requiring prompt
emergency handling - fire, police, ambulance - within
the Las Vegas Convention Center, proceed at once
to the first aid center or call (702) 892-7400 or 7400
from any house phone for in-house Security. Building
Security will handle all contact with the official service
agencies.

Parking
Parking is available at the Convention Center's SILVER
and BRONZE lots for $10.00 per car. Anyone leaving
the Las Vegas Convention Center and planning to
return the same day can use their receipt for reentry.
Vehicles taking up more than one standard parking
space will be charged accordingly upon entry when
paid parking is in effect. Parking spaces are available
on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ride Share
There will be an Uber/Lyft drop located in the SILVER
and BLUE lots.

Lost and Found
Inquire at the IBIE Show Management Office in Room
N249 regarding lost articles. Similarly, turn in any lost
items you may find to Security, an IBIE staff member
or the IBIE Show Management Office.
