new Flex V4 Dough Feeder, which allows the baker to adjust the dough
sheet width, reducing the amount of trim and increasing quality. The
line can divide the dough pieces by dimension or cut them by weight
using load cells underneath the conveyor belt.

surface conveying donut fryer in
widths from 6- to 10- donuts wide
and 12- to 32-ft long. It incorporates an integrated hood/filter design and S/S constriction, which
uses a shallow kettle design for
efficient heat transfer and to prolong the life and quality of the frying oil. The surface conveying flight
system can be elevated out of the kettle via the integrated flight elevator
system. PLC-based controls have the latest gas and temperature sensing technologies for safe and efficient process control. The heat source
to the fryer can be from a natural gas flame in the kettle's heat tubes,
electric resistance heaters in the kettle or a remote hot oil boiler being
circulated into the kettle with constant filtration.
