LINXIS GROUP FEATURES HANDS-ON COLLABORATIVE
EXPERIENCES
LOCATED IN A convenient " block " location
at IBIE 2022, Shick Esteve
(Booth No. 1101) and other Linxis
Group companies will be highlighting
their wide variety of ingredient
handling, mixing,
flour recovery,
depositing and other baking industry
technologies. Shick Esteve will
be showcasing the latest in ingredient
automation solutions and process
design. Through collaboration
with Diosna's grain-soaking systems
and VMI's continuous mixing with
ingredient automation, bakers will
see the advantages of ingredient automation
and mixing technologies.
W.D. Laramore, which was acquired
by Shick Esteve in 2021, will
be showing its fully integrated dusting
flour supply and recovery systems
through hands-on equipment,
video
presentations
and
more.
Shick Esteve showcases its integrated
data and process control system,
Clarity Process Management. This
digital tool provides data clarity in
a contextual format that will allow
bakers and snack manufacturers to
make real-time decisions to maximize
their production efficiencies.
The Clarity Process Management
software integrates into both new
and existing automated ingredient
handling systems and provides recipe
and batch management,
process control, production
scheduling, traceability,
and process data acquisition.
New
to Linxis Group
is Shaffer Mixers (Booth
No. 917) with its horizontal
mixing and dough processing
equipment and Bakon
(Booth No. 901) with displays
of its cutting, depositing
and spraying technologies.
Unifiller (Booth No.
1025) and its depositing
technologies will be part of
the block after joining the
group on the heels of the
2019 show. The group consists
of experts in ingredient
automation, sourdough
and fermentation systems,
mixing and depositing technologies.
Shick Esteve and its Linxis Group
partners will have a daily reception
from 3-5 p.m. at Booth No. 1101.
In news about the group, Hillenbrand,
a global industrial company,
has signed a binding
offer to purchase the Linxis
Group from IK Partners.

AMF BAKERY SYSTEMS AIMS FOR LIGHTS OUT
The automation supplier showcases digital technologies in pursuit of the fully
autonomous, sustainable bakery.
AT IBIE 2022, AMF Bakery Systems is highlighting its extensive automation
solutions across its unified family of brands in its five booths on the show
floor (Booth Nos. 3435, 3601, 3625, 3825 and 3801). The family of companies
brings together its many brands: AMF Fusion, AMF Flex, AMF Tromp,
AMF BakeTech, AMF Den Boer, AMF Vesta, AMF Convay, AMF PackTech,
AMF Workhorse, and AMF APEX.
In Booth No. 3435, attendees can explore the Mixing Solutions Center,
which will feature AMF Bakery Systems' AMF Fusion and Reading Bakery
Systems' Exact Mixing brands as partners under Markel Food Group. The
companies' mixing experts will be on site to show sanitary batch and continuous
mixing solutions for a wide portfolio of products as well as AGV
technology for autonomous trough handling.
Attendees can also enjoy the Lights Out Bakery Café in Booth No.
3625, where master bakers will be crafting a wide range of sweet and
savory artisan bread and roll products that are made possible in highly
automated environments by the AMF Tromp SFA Sheeting Line. The production
line is on display at the booth and features stress-free sheeting for
artisan-style products as well as an improved hygienic frame design. The
SFA Sheeting Line was honored in the 2022 IBIE's Best in Baking awards
for its sanitary design.
Further moving toward the lights out bakery, attendees can learn

about AMF's portfolio of Bakery Intelligence solutions in Booth No. 3601.
There will be demonstrations of the Sustainable Oven Service, Smart Applicator
and the AMFConnect Smart Dashboard.

digitalization and automation to achieve long term profitability and
greater sustainability, " said Diana Boxey, global marketing director for
