into exact-weight portions at the highest speeds while virtually eliminating
giveaway. The Vemag Portioner extrudes a continuous flow of shaped
product onto a conveyor belt for transport to the MMP223. The MMP223's
servo-driven blade rotates and divides the product flow into individual
portions. The cutting blade provides very clean cuts with square
ends and can easily cut nuts, chocolate chips, dried
fruit and other dense inclusions.
