SHOW LOGISTICS
General Information
Registration
The Registration Area/Badge Pick-up for Exhibitors and
Attendees is located on the second floor of the West
Hall, Room W203-212. There will be an additional pickup
location for Exhibitors only inside the North Hall on
Thursday, Sept. 15 and Friday, Sept. 16.
Once a badge has been printed it will not be re-printed.
Replacement badges are subject to the full onsite
registration fee. Please go to the registration area
to request a new badge. You will be asked to show
identification.
Special Rules
Children under 13 years of age, including infants that are
carried in a body carrier or stroller, are not permitted on
the Expo floor. This rule will be strictly enforced by IBIE
Show Management and security for safety and insurance
purposes. Proof of a child's age may be required for
show management to grant admission of the child to the
IBIE show floor, including a birth certificate or official
identification issued by a recognized governmental agency
or school. Show management has the final decision on
whether a child has permission to enter the IBIE show floor.
No exceptions will be made to grant IBIE show floor access
to any children under the full and complete age of 13 as of
the date of requested entry to the IBIE show floor.
Cameras are strictly prohibited on the Expo floor, with the
exception of authorized members of the media. Camera
passes for media members are available in the Media
Information Center located in Room W214.
Sponsoring Associations
Be sure to visit the associations who support IBIE. The
American Bakers Association (ABA) and the Bakery
Equipment Manufacturers and Allieds Association (BEMA)
is located in the West Hall Lobby and the Retail Bakers of
America (RBA) is located in the North Hall, Booth 5751.
Organizations & Publications
All other participating organizations are listed in this
Official Show Directory. Publications will also have the
latest magazine issues displayed in publication bins located
in the registration area (West Hall, 2nd Floor, Room
W228-W233) and inside the North Hall.
First Aid
A First Aid station, staffed by a licensed EMT, is located
in the West Hall Lobby, behind the Food Hall. In the event
of any situation requiring prompt emergency handling -
fire, police, ambulance - within the Las Vegas Convention
Center, proceed at once to the first aid center or call
(702) 892-7400 or 7400 from any house phone for
in-house Security. Building Security will handle all contact
with the official service agencies.
OnMed® - Instant Medical Solutions
(North Hall-N3 Entrance Level 1)
A Double OnMed® station is located in North Hall
Level 1 outside of Hall N3 entrance. The OnMed® station is a
self-contained medical unit, providing patients with a safe,
private, and secure consultation with a licensed clinician
using advanced technology. Attendees who pre-purchased
the IBIE OnMed ® pass should show their badge to the
OnMed® attendant for access. All other attendees should
visit the OnMed® attendant for more information.
Lost and Found
Inquire at the IBIE Show Management Office in the West
Hall, Room W107 regarding lost articles. Similarly, turn in
any lost items you may find to the IBIE Show Management
Office in W107.
Transportation
Las Vegas Convention Center Loop
The Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) Loop provides
fast and convenient transportation for attendees across the
convention center campus, connecting the new West Hall
with the North Hall. Passenger stations are located outside
the Central Hall entrance and in the Diamond Parking lot,
outside of West Hall, offering convenient access between
the Resorts World Las Vegas Hotel Complex and the LVCC.
Complimentary Shuttle Service
Download the official IBIE app to view in real time the
location of IBIE shuttle buses and approximate pick-up/
drop-off schedules of the four shuttle routes.
Shuttle buses are available during peak hours to and from
official IBIE Hotels for guests who reserved their rooms
through the official IBIE Housing Partner, onPeak Housing.
On Sept. 17-21, buses will run daily, approximately, every
30 minutes from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM and again from 3:00
PM - 6:00 PM. There will be no service during the hours of
10:30 AM and 3:00 PM. Service will conclude at 5:00 PM
on Wednesday, Sept. 21.
