Dawn Receives 3 Top Honors from Mrs. Fields
Dawn Food Products is pleased to announce three top honors from Mrs. Fields Famous Brands— Supplier of the Year, Distributor of the Year and Excellence in Customer Service. The awards were presented during the recent Mrs. Fields Famous Brands Convention held in Las Vegas. “We are extremely proud and thankful to accept these honors, which exemplify the dedication and commitment to outstanding service and quality that Dawn team members provide our valued customers every day,” said Dawn CEO, Carrie JonesBarber. Dawn Food Products’ Countryside Baking operation was named Supplier of the Year. The Mrs. Fields Famous Brands Supplier of the Year Award recognizes companies that deliver unconditional support, service and partnership, which helps grow and strengthen the Mrs. Fields business. Kent Hayden, COO of Dawn’s Countryside operation; Paul Trujillo, R&D Bakery Specialist and Jim McVay, Dawn/Countryside Account Manager for Mrs. Fields Domestic, International and Gifting, along with other team members from Dawn’s Irvine location support the Mrs. Field account. Dawn Bakery Distribution was recognized as Distributor of the Year. As Distributor of the Year, Dawn Food Products was recognized for focus on supporting the franchisees with on-time and full deliveries and drive to ensure customer success. Among team members contributing to this award, partnering with Irvine manufacturing are Anna Marie Richardson, National Sales Manager, along with team members from Purchasing, Manufacturing and Customer Service. Dawn Customer Service Manager Joni O’Steen was awarded for Excellence in Customer Service. Joni O’Steen was honored with the Excellence in Customer Service Award, which goes to the individual who always gives 110 percent to support franchisees and the organization overall.
