merchandising ideas show & sell What to expect at this years’ Dairy-Deli-Bake Show and Sell Center T he International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association will feature the Show & Sell Center at Dairy-Deli-Bake 2013. A highlight of the annual seminar and expo, the Show & Sell Center is a 10,000 sq ft retail merchandising and idea center filled with innovative selling ideas and attention-getting displays created by our world-class merchandisers. The event will be held June 2-4 in Orlando, FL. Word-of-mouth marketing and one-on-one teaching are both great concepts with an incredible payback. They’re also a huge part of why IDDBA’s Show & Sell Center is such a marketing success. We use the Teach and Tell method to make an emotional connection with customers—a connection that leads to store loyalty and product purchase. We help consumers make good choices by sharing what we learn with them. We seek out new ideas and products, create merchandising programs, and teach retailers how to use these concepts to sell more products and satisfy customers. We teach by example. From how-to instructions, to idea sheets, to photos of finished products, we’re there to show you how to do it yourself. Show & Sell is all about Teach & Tell. The IDDBA’s Show & Sell Center focuses on four areas: meals, deli, cheese, and bakery. It’s put together by industry professionals who volunteer their time and talent. Consumers choose the store they shop, the products they buy, the meals they cook (or don’t cook), and the money they spend. We can help consumers make good choices by sharing what we learn with them. FREE PHOTO CD. Attendees who stop by the Show & Sell Center, can sign up for a FREE photo CD (over 800 photos) that highlights the exciting displays and merchandising ideas. It’s FREE, but you have to register for the show and sign up in person. Every year, attendees flock to the Show & Sell Center to experience the creative new merchandising concepts on display. Right: Learn valuable ideas for reaching the convenience-oriented The deli is the cornerstone of supermarket retailing and this one is built to last. See multiple sandwich programs for lunch, a buffet, a tailgate party, or snack.
