The new store features 24,300 sq ft of culinary delights, including a bakery that produces 30 freshly baked breads and 14 different pie varieties daily, a full service meat counter with freshly ground beef, a wide selection of ready-to-serve entrées, fresh seafood delivered to the store several times per week, and more than 200 imported and domestic cheeses, as well as a bountiful produce department with more than 400 items and a large organic selection. Schwartz Brothers Bakery is excited to announce a new partnership with Ralphs grocery store that brings branded Schwartz Brothers Bakery products to store shelves at 242 locations throughout southern California. “From Mini Pink Frosted Cookies with just the perfect amount of sweet to organic bread and savory focaccia, Schwartz Brothers Bakery is wellknown throughout the Pacific Northwest for quality baked goods, and we are proud to bring this culinary tradition to the Ralphs customers,” says Lindsey Schwartz, president and CEO of Schwartz Brothers Restaurants.
