reakfast continues to reign as the most skipped meal of the
day, yet it also continues to be a bright spot in the foodservice
industry.
The market research firm Mintel expects breakfast to grow to $35 billion
by 2018 and consumers continue to fuel the battle for breakfast dollars
with a need for convenient and quick morning meals.
