Smucker Co. said it has entered into
a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan with a
broker that will provide for the repurchase of up to 1.5 million of its
common shares under its previously announced share repurchase
authorization.
As part of the Rule 10b5-1 plan,
J.M. Smucker will have the option to purchase its shares at times
when it otherwise might be prevented from doing so under insider trading laws or because of selfimposed trading blackout periods.

Specialty Milling, Inc. name should
