Quality Systems Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role as Quality Systems Manager,
you will actively develop, implement,
and monitor quality systems throughout
the organization to ensure the safety,
consistency, and freshness of the bread,
rolls, and English muﬃns our team
produces, from raw ingredients through to
our customers' shelves.
You will work closely with Product
Development, Operations, and Marketing
on new and existing product lines, as
well as manage compliance with our

customers', partners', and regulatory
agencies' requirements.
In addition, you will report to ownership,
as Gold Medal Bakery's reputation lies
squarely on the quality of products and
services that we provide.
To qualify, you must have a BS/Technical
degree in Science and five plus years
experience in Plant Quality Assurance.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety
programs (HACCP and British Retail
Consortium (BRC)) is required.

Washington State University - School of Economics Sciences
Associate Professor or Professor and Endowed Chair of Small Grains Economics.
The School of Economic Sciences (SES) seeks a
nationally recognized leader in areas Grain Economics,
Markets and Policy. This position requires a primary
extension and research emphasis in the economics of
agricultural production, agricultural markets, policy and
trade, with demonstrated economic expertise in commodity
market analysis, and a demonstrable interest in developing a
program focus on the economics of small grains industry.

of publications, sample of your research, evidence
of effective extension and teaching, and names and
contact of five people that have agreed to serve as
references (references will not be contacted without
written consent from the applicant).

Teaching one class in the school of Economic Sciences in
a related subject area will be expected. Required: PhD in
agricultural economics, economics, or closely related field,
by date of hire. An academic record and work experience
sufficient to achieve tenure at the rank of associate
professor or professor in the School of Economic Sciences
within the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural
Resource Sciences.
