Kellogg Co. and Yahoo! Inc. announced the spring 2002 re-launch of “Eet and Ern – Powered by Yahooligans!,” an enhanced version of the Kellogg on-line and off-line youth loyalty program that debuted in 2000. Members of Dakota Growers Pasta Co., according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, will be asked to convert the business from a cooperative to a corporation.
