Flowers Foods hires Brad Cashaw
as chief supply chain officer
THOMASVILLE, GA. - Brad
Cashaw has been named chief supply chain officer of Flowers Foods,
Inc., effective Sept. 8. In his new
role, Mr. Cashaw will be responsible
for Flowers' supply chain operations and report to Bradley K. Alexander, chief operating officer.
Mr. Cashaw succeeds
Robert L. Benton Jr.,
who last November was
named to the newly created role of executive
vice president of network optimization. Mr.
Benton has continued as Cashaw
chief supply chain officer during the transition period.
Mr. Cashaw most recently was

executive vice president and chief
supply chain officer at Dean Foods
where he was responsible for manufacturing, logistics, procurement,
R&D, safety, quality, engineering,
planning, fleet, network optimization, sustainability and operational
excellence. Prior to that, he was vice
president of integrated supply chain
for the cheese and dairy division at
Kraft Foods Group, with responsibility for all aspects of the supply
chain. He also was senior vice president for the snacks supply chain at
Kellogg Co.
Mr. Cashaw began his career at
PepsiCo, Inc., where he held several
production and supply chain roles, including plant manager in the beverage

Former ADM executive named to
lead of AB Mauri North America
ST. LOUIS - AB Mauri North
America, a leader in yeast and bakery ingredient solutions, has named
Brent Fenton as president. Mr. Fenton succeeds Mark Prendergast,
who led the North American group
for eight years and will be returning
to his native Sydney, Australia, to
take a new position of global markets director with the organization
to focus on novel business development projects.
Mr. Fenton, a 26-year veteran with
Archer Daniels Midland Co., most
recently was the company's president of its global amino acids group
based in Decatur, Ill. He joined AB
Mauri North America on Aug. 3.

Bob Dutkowsky, former Tech
Data CEO, joins Hershey board
HERSHEY, PA. - The Hershey Co.
has named Robert M. (Bob) Dutkowsky to its board of directors. Mr.
Dutkowsky is the former executive
chairman and chief executive officer of Tech Data, a multinational
distribution company specializing
in IT products and services. He will
serve on Hershey's finance and risk
management and governance committees.

degree in electrical engineering
from Prairie View A&M University

management positions for 20 years.
He held executive leadership roles at

Mr. Dutkowsky received a bachelor's degree in industrial labor relations from Cornell University.
