Mark Smucker to chair as part of
J.M. Smucker board changes
ORRVILLE, OHIO - Mark T. Smucker,
president and chief executive officer of
The J.M. Smucker Co., will add the title of
chairman of the board, effective Aug. 17.
He will succeed Richard K. Smucker, who
has served as executive chairman since
2016. Richard Smucker is set to retire on
Oct. 9 after 50 years with the company but
will continue as a member of the board of
directors. In addition, Timothy P. Smucker
will retire as a member of
the board of directors on
Aug. 17 and transition to a
new non-voting chairman
emeritus role on the board.

news sales leadership
team in Europe
URBANA, OHIO - Bundy Baking Solutions announced a new
sales leadership team for American Pan in Europe, part of a
restructuring of the team " to better serve our customers across
Europe and continue to provide full lifecycle solutions that are
tailored to our customers' needs. "
Jesper Albertsen has been named vice president of sales for
American Pan Europe. Mr. Albertsen has been with American
Pan for two years, most recently as European sales director.
Prior to American Pan he was with AURA Energi. Earlier, he was
group project manager at Kohberg Bakery Group A/S.
Helen Dooley has been promoted to director of inside sales for
American Pan Europe. She most recently was sales director for
the UK and Ireland, and earlier was a general manager - head of
customer services at American Pan UK.
Dario De Prato has been named director of sales for American
Pan Southern Europe. Mr. De Prato most recently was sales
director for South Europe. Prior to joining American Pan in
November 2019 he was a key account
sales manager at Praxair.
Steve Eaton has been named direcAlbertsen

and Ireland. Mr. Eaton has been with
American Pan for more than 12 years,
most recently as UK sales manager
since September 2014. Earlier, he was
a general factory manager for Cleanbake
and worked as an operations

MGP Ingredients hires
new director to assist in
mergers, acquisitions
ATCHISON, KAN. - Sean Wirtz, previously an advisory
director for audit, tax and advisory firm KPMG LLP, has been
named director of business development and integration, a new
position, at Atchison-based MGP Ingredients. He will collaborate
with the company's finance and IT departments to facilitate
finance system integration, implementation and improvement
following mergers and acquisitions.

acquisition and organic growth opportunities
that will support and enhance
our influence in branded spirits and
plant-based proteins, " said David
Bratcher, president and chief operating

Mr. Wirtz at KPMG LLP provided
Wirtz
accounting advice on technical topics, business acquisitions,
financial reporting, capital markets readiness and support for
filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He also
served as an audit manager for clients in the manufacturing and
consumer food and drink industries.
Mr. Wirtz received a bachelor of science business administration
degree and a master of accountancy degree from the University
of Missouri - Columbia. A certified public accountant, he
