Nonskid liner
Vexar FlexLiner with antimicrobial

is engineered for
extended bearing life in industries with corrosive washdown

bearing
inserts feature
high phosphorous, electroless nickel-plated 521000
steel races. The bearings outperformed

chrome-coated and nickel Tefloncoated inserts in 5 percent salt fog

Spiral belt
KVP introduces PR620SPS, a versatile
plastic spiral belt for conveying a wide
range of small products. It offers radius
strength more than 1.5 times greater
than conventional spiral belts, even at
narrower widths. For instance, it has
570 pounds of radius strength in widths
from 12 inches to 60 inches. In straight
AC configurations, belt strength rises
to 1,500 pounds per foot, and in wider
versions, it is stronger. The PR620SPS
offers a thicker beam (.188 inches),
enabling a design with more ridges and
wider rail spacing. Available accessories for the spiral belt include: patented
radius plugs in five sizes; snap-in side
guards that can be installed in two
places on the outside edge and an additional place on the inside edge; and
lane dividers in three heights that can
