The necessary dwell time and temperature in the process zones are precision controlled by an automated control unit to guarantee a safe process and a top quality product. Economical and Efficient Postpacking Thermal Transfer In the post-packing heating zone, the product is efficiently heated by a wet-steam atmosphere and an intense hot-water shower. Maximum cooling is realized by cold water contact. Using the counter-current principle (from bottom-up) any temperature blending in the post-packing pasteurizer is eliminated. Thus, very careful and accurate treating of the product, as well as precise temperature control, is realized. The completely-closed water circuit is highly energy efficient and water saving. Custom-designed Multiple-layer Sytem The post-packing pasteurizer's patented multiple-layer system allows efficient production using a minimum of floor space. To insure the best use of your floor space, the system is customdesigned to your requirements. Heating and Cooling Zone Combinations Heating and cooling zones are housed in the same unit of the HOEGGER pasteurizer. Product is automatically transferred from one zone to the other, eliminating excess handling and mechanical stress on the package.
