Atlanta-based Zep Inc. recently acquired Amrep Inc., Atlanta. The
acquisition is a strategic step in Zep,
Inc.'s efforts to use distribution to
expand its presence in a number of

Justin Testa was recently hired to
serve as president of Bourne, Mass.based Onset. Most recently Testa
served as executive vice president
and business unit manager for Cognex Corp. where he was responsible
