Patrick Boyle, president of AMI. ■ Thompson to CEO of McDonald’s The board of directors for McDonald’s Corp. has elected Don Thompson, currently the company’s president and chief operating officer, to take over as CEO for the retiring Jim Skinner, effective July 1.
