packaging technology that creates a sustainable package

"Platform Technology"
on Mondini's Trave tray
sealers, the package
can be made with either
a coated paperboard
or plastic foundation.
The technology gives
processors the flexibility and technology to meet changing

TRACEABILITY SOFTWARE
CSB-System's traceability software enables businesses to
obtain International Food Standard (IFS) "higher level"
certification, meeting all legal requirements and providing
an enhanced quality management

The CSB system is also able to link to
external consumer databases such as
fTrace and Mynetfair to meet growing

The Larson Electronics EPL-48-2L-LED-VISUV Explosion
Proof Visible/Ultraviolet LED Light Fixture is US and
Canada approved Class 1 Division 1 & 2 and Class 2
Division 1 & 2 for areas where flammable chemical/
petrochemical vapors exist or have the potential to exist.
This explosion-proof LED light features one visible white
LED lamp and one 365NM ultraviolet light for combined
visible and UV applications such as paint booths, oil rigs,
offshore applications, petrochemical, manufacturing,
chemical storage, water treatment centers and food
processing plants.

The shaker cleaning device (SCD)
was developed to keep the water
flowing through the screen keeping
it free from grease, pin feathers and other debris. The SCD
will travel around the screen gently scrubbing the screen
openings. Sites using the SCD went from once per day
cleaning of the screen to once every two weeks. They last
from four to six months before replacement and using it
is as simple as dropping them onto the top of the shaker
screen. They cost $65 each for screens over 36 inches and
$55 for the smaller size.
